I chose to add salt to create a marbled effect on my fabric.
I started with the black, then red, and finished with the deep purple.
For my silk scarf I decided on a striped pattern I created using resist and a ruler. I chose red, black, and a deep purple to paint the stripes.
In my corsetry class at the London College of Fashion we constructed a corset designed to fit our own measurements. This front view shot is from my final fitting in class.
This side view shows the different panels and boning of the corset.
The back view illustrates the fit and silhouette of the corset.
This dress was made for my model Gabby, but she was out of town when I wanted it to be a part of the Red Dress Event. With a different model and different styling the dress takes on a whole new look.
